Grand Motors is seeking a high-energy and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our extensive range of trucks and heavy equipment to a diverse clientele within the construction, industrial, and logistics sectors.
As the face of Grand Motors, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the Jakarta Raya region. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research in the construction and industrial sectors.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the technical specifications and benefits of trucks and heavy machinery.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions align with company policies and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive, machinery, or construction equipment industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
