Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and identify potential clients within the construction, mining, and agricultural sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present the technical value proposition of Zoomlion heavy machinery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, contracts, and tender documents in alignment with company policies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for equipment and parts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial sales, heavy equipment, or B2B field sales.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain complex mechanical features.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the region.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
