Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical institutions
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for assigned products
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Provide accurate product information and demonstrations to healthcare stakeholders
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and activity documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of Kalimantan Tengah healthcare market preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
