Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting HIKOKI Power Tools to retail and trade customers.
- Provide expert technical advice and conduct live demonstrations of tools to potential buyers.
- Liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Manage daily sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hardware, tools, or construction industry, is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic knowledge of power tools and their applications is an added advantage.
- A valid driving license is required for client visits and site inspections.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic sales team.
