Goldhill Home & Kitchen Cabinet is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. If you have a passion for home improvement and excellent communication skills, we want you to help our clients transform their living spaces with our premium cabinetry solutions.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with customers to understand their renovation needs. Your primary focus will be on providing professional design solutions that perfectly align with their specific requirements and budget. We are looking for a self-starter who can effectively present our products, close deals, and contribute to our company's continued success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and greet potential customers to discuss home renovation and kitchen design requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide personalized design consultations to clients.
- Prepare and present detailed design proposals, material samples, and pricing structures.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate cabinet solutions that fit their budget.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or furniture industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Basic knowledge of home design trends, materials, and kitchen layouts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
- High school diploma or higher; relevant certification in design is advantageous.
- Must be willing to travel within Kelantan for client meetings.
