Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic market research and networking
- Present and sell comprehensive HVAC solutions to commercial and residential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and quotations aligned with client specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate system recommendations
- Track sales performance and maintain detailed client relationship records
- Stay current with HVAC industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC or technical sales
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cebu region
