Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Prospect and acquire new customers in the Jakarta area
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods or technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Jakarta
