Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store managers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Educate retail staff on IMOO product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent service to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Jakarta Utara area.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
