Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Metro Manila market.
- Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
