- Drive sales of exhibition booths and sponsorship packages
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service during event operations
- Track sales metrics and report on performance to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Familiarity with Indonesia's job market and recruitment landscape
- Proficiency in English for international stakeholder communication
