You will act as a consultant to our clients, helping them solve complex maintenance challenges and improve operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory in Cavite.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase NCH solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with facility managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales service.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support regarding product applications for industrial maintenance.
- Submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor movements via our CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably within the industrial or chemical industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a resident of Cavite or have a strong familiarity with the local industrial zones.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude to understand product specifications.
