Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential clients within the F&B and retail sectors in Jakarta.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG or F&B industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and understanding of the local market dynamics.
