Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across Jakarta metropolitan area
- Present product/service solutions tailored to client needs and close sales transactions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and conversion strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in sales or business development (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with demonstrated results
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client visits
- Fluency in English is advantageous for international clients
