Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management team.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Coordinate with internal production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any service issues.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions and sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the steel, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
