Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Prospect and acquire new clients in medical institutions and healthcare facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training sessions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in medical/healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Willingness to travel across Jakarta area
