We offer a competitive base salary of RM 1,700 – RM 2,550 per month, alongside attractive commission schemes that reward your hard work and dedication.

Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and engage with customers visiting the showroom to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits effectively to potential buyers.
- Conduct test drives and provide expert advice on financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest automotive models, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are kept clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, property, or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Possess a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willing to be stationed at the CHJ Motors Jitra Branch in Kedah.
- Basic understanding of automotive financing and insurance procedures is a plus.
