Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the agricultural sector within the Pekanbaru region.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of John Deere tractors and farm machinery to clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in agriculture, machinery, or construction equipment.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Basic understanding of agricultural processes and heavy machinery operations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
