Tanggung Jawab

  • Promote and sell John Deere tractors, machinery, and agricultural equipment to farmers and agri-businesses
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales support
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
  • Organize product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential clients
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and maintain accurate sales records
  • Collaborate with technical support team to resolve customer inquiries
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in agricultural machinery or heavy equipment
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices and farming equipment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Knowledge of East Kalimantan's agricultural market preferred
