Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell John Deere tractors, agricultural equipment, and related products to farmers and agri-businesses in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track sales metrics
- Collaborate with service team to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in agricultural equipment or machinery
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of farming practices and agricultural equipment is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
