Tanggung Jawab

  • Promote and sell John Deere tractors, agricultural equipment, and related products to farmers and agri-businesses in the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives
  • Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track sales metrics
  • Collaborate with service team to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in agricultural equipment or machinery
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of farming practices and agricultural equipment is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales software
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
