Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell John Deere tractors, implements, and precision agriculture solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations at client sites
- Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored equipment solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and manage documentation
- Collaborate with technical support team for complex customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the agricultural sector
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in agricultural equipment or machinery
- Degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of farming practices and Kalimantan's agricultural landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage territory autonomously
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
