Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions and prospective students.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM system, and follow up on leads promptly.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport (Essential for field visits).
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
