Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty
- Present product/service solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized sales campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
