Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for lighting products in the Purwokerto region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and end clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical consultations
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with marketing team on local promotional activities
- Stay updated on lighting industry trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or product sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian
- Basic knowledge of lighting products and electrical systems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with BPJS and Indonesian labor regulations
