Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and commercial clients to drive lighting fixture sales
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations showcasing chandelier features and design capabilities
- Prepare customized lighting proposals and technical specifications for commercial and residential projects
- Collaborate with design teams to provide expert guidance on lighting integration and aesthetic solutions
- Track sales performance using CRM systems and implement strategies to exceed monthly targets
- Stay current on lighting industry trends, new products, and competitive market analysis
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure seamless delivery and installation of lighting fixtures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in luxury goods, interior design, or construction materials
- Strong knowledge of lighting technology, design principles, and architectural applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex technical information clearly
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel to client sites and showrooms
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred
