Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Malaysian market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, resellers, and enterprise clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical inquiries efficiently

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in IT/technology sector
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to handle technical products
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness for regional travel
