Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound cold calling campaigns to reach and engage prospective clients.
- Consult with potential leads to understand their publishing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales performance KPIs.
- Maintain an accurate and organized pipeline of prospects within our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional product demonstrations and articulate our value proposition effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
- Deliver consistent follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a BPO, sales, or lead generation role.
- Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in a high-volume cold calling environment.
- Ability to remain resilient and professional under pressure.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- Background in publishing or digital marketing is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
