Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and nurture long-term professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, activity logs, and territory analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field, preferably from Health, Science, or Business Management.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to managing customer inquiries and challenges.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area to meet clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentation purposes.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a strong sense of accountability.
