Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in the Jakarta region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key medical personnel, procurement departments, and hospital management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical staff to ensure safe and effective use of our devices.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and hospital needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to successful closing and after-sales support.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and forecast accuracy to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related Business field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales within Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare system and hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is preferred.
