Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Marikina area and surrounding regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and industrial clients
- Present stainless steel product solutions tailored to client specifications and project requirements
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting and closing
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel, construction, or industrial products
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to handle technical product details
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Metro Manila
- Resident of Marikina City or nearby areas preferred
