We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join the Welding Industries of the Philippines team. As a leader in the industrial equipment sector, we are looking for a candidate who can drive growth by organizing and executing effective sales and promotional programs within the National Capital Region (NCR).
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting our extensive range of high-quality welding products, safety equipment, and industrial solutions to a diverse client base. You will act as the bridge between our innovative products and the market, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service and value. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing sales data.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits of our welding and safety equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, including sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade shows.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and exceeding performance goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area.
