- Promote and sell mobile phone products through direct customer engagement
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs in the Manado region
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service

- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide product demonstrations and troubleshoot customer inquiries
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or mobile sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Indonesian and basic English
- Results-oriented with proven track record in meeting targets
- Valid driver's license (if applicable for territory coverage)
- Basic knowledge of mobile phone technology and accessories
