Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers to promote US-based radio streaming services.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to prospects to drive subscriptions and interest.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas and performance KPIs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our music and radio streaming offerings to provide expert recommendations to clients.
- Manage customer inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Track and document all sales activities accurately within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales scripts and outreach strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends in digital media and radio broadcasting.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of sales, telesales, or customer service experience.
- Strong passion for music and media, with a keen interest in radio broadcasting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or professional English accent.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new sales techniques and product features.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling objections.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and CRM software tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
