Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in the store, providing professional product recommendations and styling advice.
- Actively promote products to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment through proper merchandising and housekeeping.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep updated on product knowledge, promotions, and fashion trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as an SPG, SPB, or Brand Ambassador.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Deep passion for fashion and a good sense of personal style.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Makassar area.
