Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through multiple channels
- Manage order lifecycle from intake to fulfillment with zero errors
- Provide exceptional customer service and product information support
- Maintain real-time order tracking in CRM systems
- Collaborate with logistics team for timely delivery coordination
- Identify upsell opportunities during order interactions
- Generate daily sales and order reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service roles
- Proficiency in order management software and MS Office
- Strong Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Basic numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Resident of Wonosobo or willing to relocate
