Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage customer orders accurately through multiple channels
- Act as primary point of contact for order-related inquiries and support
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Identify upsell opportunities during order processing
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints promptly
- Contribute to sales targets through efficient order management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales or order processing experience
- Proficiency in order management systems and MS Office
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Knowledge of local Denpasar market advantageous
