Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and execute sales and marketing strategies for the OTC product category.
  • Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, and retailers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals and sales staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution networks.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in OTC or pharmaceutical products.
  • Strong understanding of the Lhokseumawe market and retail landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
