Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers in Pangkalan Bun and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
- Present product offerings and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or B2B environments
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Kalimantan Tengah
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications
