Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to explain the value of Myteach’s educational offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas set by the management team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align on promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and provide regular updates on account status.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the education or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Penang.
