Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets within the Purwokerto region.
- Maintain and expand the customer base by visiting outlets regularly according to the distribution plan.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing retail outlet owners to ensure brand loyalty.
- Execute 'Basic Call Procedures' effectively to monitor stock levels, merchandising, and product availability.
- Provide regular reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to management.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to increase product distribution coverage.
- Ensure prompt handling of product orders and coordination with logistics for timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and own a personal vehicle.
- Strong understanding of the Purwokerto local market and its distribution channels.
- High level of integrity, target-oriented mindset, and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use mobile sales reporting applications.
