- Develop and execute targeted email outreach campaigns to attract new business leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential B2B and B2C prospects.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with high accuracy to ensure seamless lead tracking.
- Manage the end-to-end sales prospecting funnel, from initial contact to conversion follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve outreach response rates.
- Generate consistent weekly reports on outreach performance and lead quality metrics.
- Provide prompt responses to sales inquiries to maintain high levels of client engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or email marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a remote/WFH work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data entry software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Excel/Google Sheets).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret outreach data to improve strategy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
