Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with retail partners and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in Jakarta region
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends and competitive insights
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail/consumer products
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
