Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Jogja region.
- Actively promote and sell our retail and consumer products to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and transactions.
- Ensure the retail display area is well-maintained and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute effective promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant retail experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in DI Yogyakarta.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse customer profiles.
- Energetic, target-driven, and highly disciplined in daily operations.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work in a retail environment with flexible scheduling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales challenges.
- Own transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
