Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand the distribution network for Arjuna products in the Serang and Malimping regions.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets and distributors to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards in assigned stores.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailer partners.
- Collect market feedback and report on competitor activities to the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Min. SMA/SMK/S1).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales or retail sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten (Malimping area).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
- Highly energetic, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
