Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
- Perform daily routine visits to retail outlets to ensure consistent product availability.
- Monitor stock levels and execute effective product merchandising at retail points.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail store owners and staff.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network within the Batujajar region.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve retail-related operational issues promptly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market insight feedback for the Area Sales Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and own a motorcycle for daily field work.
- Strong understanding of the local market and retail dynamics in the Jawa Barat area.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel frequently.
