Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners in assigned territory
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective store management
- Execute product promotions and merchandising strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure optimal product availability and shelf visibility
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign execution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK education background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driving license (SIM) with good driving record
- Experience in retail sales is advantageous
- Target-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
