Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and managers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Garudafood product lines.
- Monitor product distribution, visibility, and shelf space to ensure brand dominance.
- Execute promotional activities and ensure all marketing materials are correctly placed.
- Regularly visit outlets to collect orders and provide product information to retailers.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the retail sector.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School (SMA) graduate or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, especially in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Possess a proactive attitude, high energy, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Willing to be assigned and mobile within the Batujajar and surrounding areas.
- Proficient in basic data reporting and familiar with mobile-based sales tools.
