As a Roadshow Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential customers in high-traffic areas across Singapore to promote our credit card offerings. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment to ensure you have the tools to hit your targets and maximize your earnings. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach potential customers at various roadshow locations to promote credit card products.
- Engage and build rapport with passersby to deliver effective sales pitches.
- Educate prospects on the benefits, features, and eligibility requirements of credit card services.
- Handle sales applications accurately, ensuring all documentation is completed in compliance with company standards.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales acquisition targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve basic concerns on the spot.
- Maintain a professional image and represent the company brand effectively at all times.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor or shopping mall roadshow environment.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by commission-based incentives.
- Ability to commit to a 6-day work week (44 hours total).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Energetic attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
