Join Adecco's dynamic sales team as a Sales Representative specializing in the rubber and textile industry. This pivotal role requires expertise in rubber thread, polyester yarn, and industrial machinery including crochet machines, braiding machines, covering machines, and needle loom machines. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and promoting our innovative product solutions to manufacturers and distributors across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will leverage industry knowledge to develop tailored sales strategies while maintaining a deep understanding of technical specifications and applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain client relationships with manufacturers and distributors in the rubber/textile sector
- Promote and sell rubber thread, polyester yarn, and specialized industrial machinery
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer product inquiries
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in rubber/textile industry or industrial machinery
- Strong technical knowledge of rubber thread, polyester yarn, and textile machinery
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
