Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and acquire new FMCG retail accounts in assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at retail chains and distributors
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Present product portfolios and customized solutions to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and secure profitable business agreements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG or retail sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
- Deep understanding of Singapore's FMCG distribution landscape
