As a Sales Representative, you will cultivate strong relationships with phone shop dealers, ensuring our latest products and promotional campaigns are effectively represented. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned phone shop dealers within the Segamat territory.
- Drive sales growth by promoting U Mobile prepaid/postpaid plans and device bundles.
- Ensure brand visibility by managing point-of-sale materials and merchandising displays at dealer outlets.
- Train dealer staff on U Mobile products, features, and troubleshooting to enhance sales efficacy.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends to provide actionable market intelligence to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Resolve dealer inquiries and support stock replenishment processes efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Possess a valid motorcycle/car driving license and own transport for daily travel.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in Malay and English.
- Highly self-disciplined, independent, and capable of working in a field-based role.
- Strong knowledge of the telecommunications market and mobile technology trends.
- Residency in or willingness to work permanently in the Segamat, Johor region.
